Mobility Equipment Warranty

We strive to meet your mobility needs by providing the most maneuverable, supportive and durable electric and manual mobility equipment possible. We want you to be completely satisfied.

MGM MOBILITY INC.  Warrants the product sold, other than its component battery or batteries, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of purchase. Batteries are warranted by the battery manufacturer. If, within such warranty period, any such product shall be proven to MGM MOBILITY INC.'s satisfaction to be defective, such product shall, at MGM MOBILITY INC.'s option, be repaired or replaced. MGM MOBILITY INC.'s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such repair and/or replacement.

Limitations Exclusions for Mobility Equipment:

The foregoing warranty shall not apply to upholstery and tires; normal wear and tear; or to products subjected to negligence; accidents; improper operation, maintenance or storage; commercial, institutional, or service use other than normal application; or to products damaged by reason of repairs or modifications made to any product without the specific written consent of MGM MOBILITY INC., or to products damaged by circumstances beyond MGM MOBILITY INC.'s control. This warranty applies only to the continental United States (48 states).

The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other express warranties, implied warranties, if any, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and shall not extend beyond the duration of the express warranty provided herein. MGM MOBILITY INC. shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.
